Recently, Vietnam’s Prime Minister, Phạm Minh Chính, visited the site of the 500kV triple-circuit transmission line project in Vietnam, which is co-constructed by Guohua Tube Tower, a subsidiary of METAVAST Group. During the inspection, he set specific requirements regarding the project's completion timeline, construction safety, and product quality.
The project covers a total line length of 519 kilometers, with Guohua Tube Tower awarded the most challenging task of constructing 51 steel tube towers, including four towers with a full height of 145 meters and a single-unit weight of 450 tons.
Faced with challenges such as complex production processes, stringent quality standards, and tight delivery schedules, the group's departments continually optimized production processes and enhanced quality management. Through meticulous planning in personnel allocation, procedures, and site arrangements, timely delivery was ensured. Technical challenges were addressed through tooling improvements and adjustments to process parameters. Ultimately, within just over two months, the Vietnam project was delivered with high quality, standards, and performance, setting a new benchmark as the "Grand Speed" for overseas project delivery.
Upon completion, the project will provide stable electricity supply to the local area, meeting the growing energy demands of residents while contributing to economic growth and improved public welfare.
It is reported that, due to the fast delivery demonstrated by the "METAVAST Speed" and the high standards and quality of "METAVAST Manufacturing," Vietnam has already placed a second batch of orders ahead of schedule.
Looking ahead, METAVAST Group will continue adhering to its philosophy of "customer-centric and project-centric" principles, deepening its presence in international markets. With a professional and efficient approach, the group aims to deliver high-quality, high-performance products that meet global market demands, achieving sustainable growth in the international arena.
