Recently, all oversized pole structure orders from Guohua Tube Tower were successfully completed and delivered, providing strong support for the smooth progress of the client’s project.
The oversized pole structures for this project posed significant manufacturing challenges, with individual units weighing up to 113 tons, a maximum tube diameter of 2,950 mm, and a maximum flange diameter of 4,230 mm. After receiving the client’s requirements and order details, the company responded swiftly by organizing the technical and marketing departments to coordinate with the client. Through detailed discussions, they fully understood the specific requirements and delivery timeline, sharing technical expertise and crafting a tailored design and production plan for the project.
To ensure smooth project implementation, the technical, quality, and production departments conducted meticulous planning and scheduling. By breaking tasks into detailed phases with clear timeframes, they analyzed the project’s challenges thoroughly. After multiple discussions, potential issues were identified and addressed with optimal solutions, ensuring seamless progress.
During production, the company utilized its self-developed automated intelligent galvanization line to ensure uniformity, thickness, and adhesion of the galvanized coating. The workshop’s highly skilled senior welders, despite working with 45 mm-thick flanges, achieved full penetration welds meeting first-class standards. For transportation, the logistics team worked closely with traffic authorities to arrange dedicated transport routes, ensuring the products were safely and efficiently delivered to the project site.
Looking ahead, Guohua Tube Tower will continue adhering to the philosophy of "Quality First, Customer Foremost." By adapting to clients’ evolving delivery requirements and reviewing production plans in real-time, the company remains dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services. Guohua will persist in creating value for its clients through excellence in design, manufacturing, and delivery.
